Distance is no longer a constraint on the project; it is a variable we have learned to manage. Over 85% of the work —analysis, concepts, drawings, and detailed design —takes place remotely, using video calls and shared materials.
Site visits are scheduled and concentrated during times when physical presence generates real value.

INTRODUCTORY CALL
A 45-minute video call: we listen to your wishes, usage requirements, budget, and timeline. This results in an initial outline of the project.

SURVEY AND INTERPRETATION OF THE SITE
A site visit to assess the soil, orientation, views, and existing features. Please send us floor plans and annotated photographs in advance.

CONCEPT AND MASTERPLAN
Moodboard, project floor plan, and 3D views presented via video call. Revisions take place on shared documents in real time.

DETAILED DESIGN
Technical drawings, species schedule, installations, bill of quantities, and specifications: everything the contractor needs to build without ambiguity.

ARTISTIC DIRECTION OF THE PROJECT
Continuous video supervision with the contractor and scheduled site visits at critical stages: layout and staking, earthworks, and planting.
